How does it work?
We partner with successful solution providers to deliver client-centric
marketing services. We then work with you to build a customer
communication plan that compliments your current sales, marketing
& customer service strategies. We can offer any one individual
solution, partner with your existing providers, or deliver any
combination of services including:
• Consulting - Identify events that impact marketing
objectives, including customer sales, cross-sell, retention &
expenses
• Customer modeling – Identify and
target prospects and customers that meet selected marketing objectives
• CRM - Improve sales efforts and customer
care; Track results to determine the best channels for each customer.
• Creative Services - Personalize and custom
design your outbound marketing campaigns for improved customer
response
• Messaging and Mail – Deliver automated,
multi-channel communications

What is the pricing?
Newcourse is a unique marketing services provider. We want your
business for the long term so we are willing to minimize consulting,
set-up and testing fees. Our goal is to build an annuity by helping
your business grow the bottom line faster. Rather than charge
inflated consulting rates or retainer fees, Newcourse offers to
work on a cost plus “Pay for Performance” basis.
What
does that mean? When you profit, we profit!
Each job is different; therefore we will need to speak with you
directly about the costs associated with your specific project.
We can tell you that for small or stand-alone projects, the cost
per unit will be higher. And, of course, for the full service
recurring subscription model or high volume jobs we charge substantially
less per unit.

What are the Terms & Conditions?
The Terms & Conditions will be based on the services provided.
In general, you will have these choices:
• Newcourse Communications Corp. Service Provider Agreement - You can sign directly with Newcourse Communications and the
agreement will cover the Terms & Conditions for all Newcourse
service providers. Think of this model as your full service outsourced
marketing partner.
• Newcourse Communications Corp. VAR Agreement - You will sign a Newcourse VAR (Value Added Service Provider)
agreement and sign directly with each product provider of choice.
This model is generally for larger, more complex marketing initiatives.

What about Security?
At Newcourse Communications Corp., we take security of your data
seriously. Newcourse has contracted with Prairie Voice Services,
Inc., Neocase Software and American Data Systems, Inc. to store
your data, materials and content. All of these providers meet
the audits and security requirements of banks, mortgage companies,
mutual fund, utilities, health care, telecommunications and other
providers, including many in the Fortune 500.

Who is responsible for meeting regulatory requirements?
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure
that all state, federal and industry specific regulatory requirements
are met. Newcourse Communications is a service provider acting
on behalf of the client to communicate information to client’s
customers. Newcourse does not condone SPAM, telemarketing or other
marketing services that operate outside of the regulations for
these and related services. Newcourse, and its service providers,
are responsible to provide the services rendered per the Terms
& Conditions with the client.
6. For Neocase and Microsoft CRM, do I
have to replace my current systems?
We will work with you to determine the best systems configuration
to meet your sales automation, marketing management and customer
care needs. Most companies start by using our CRM solutions in
combination with their current systems. Our tech teams will work
together during implementation to integrate the systems so they
are reliable and support your new customer communication objectives.
7. Why Prairie
Voice Services? And how do I send them the customer data, scripts,
text and layouts?
Prairie is our partner for their dedication to service delivery.
Messaging is all out about flawless setup, scheduling and execution;
and Prairie delivers on all accounts. Prairie has been in the
messaging business for over 15 years. They serve some of the largest
and most demanding companies in America. They like to work with
small business and mid-sized companies too! Newcourse is working
with Prairie and Neocase to develop a standard implementation
process to help you get your messaging services started fast.
All of your messaging information will be stored in the Newcourse
CRM system and sent as a campaign to Prairie for messaging. Want

8. For American
Data Systems, what makes them a different or better print vendor?
American Data is a boutique printer. Their mission is to service
the smaller companies like they are a big company. So while they
pass the due diligence demands of large mutual fund and mortgage
providers, they also cater to small, customer service oriented
credit unions. That is no small feat!
American Data works with Newcourse and your team to deliver coupon
books, statements, check printing and mailing packages that are
cost effective but get the results that you want.

Why don’t I simply work directly with the service provider?
Newcourse partners with the client and the service providers as
a full service marketing communications company or Value Added
Reseller. It’s your choice. Regardless of which option you
take, the company provides marketing know-how, data mining, creative
services, production management and discipline to ensure your
marketing objectives are well defined and measured against results.
And,
if the results are less than expected?
Newcourse works
with you to understand why and change the marketing mix to get
the results you expect. Newcourse also gets services at bulk,
wholesale pricing, so you may get a lower cost than going direct.
Finally, Newcourse ties the unique benefits of each provider together
to deliver a seamless, automated multi-channel customer communications
solution. This way, Newcourse allows you to manage your overall
business and the service providers to do what they do best; focus
