As a Third-Party Service Provider, the Personal Information Newcourse Communications collects is to provide services to mortgage lending institutions, mortgage loan servicers, and automobile institutions. We gather information in connection with online business applications and related services. Newcourse Communications does not require that each user provide contact or other business and personal information. We may receive Non-public Personal Information (NPI), as defined in Section 509 of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (P.L. 106-102) and any federal regulations that implement the act, as needed to perform services under our contracts. Any NPI we collect is used only as necessary in connection with services provided to the client.
