To get started with On-Demand, automated CRM, messaging
and mail campaigns, here is what we need to do:
• Login – We will setup a new user
and a custom home page so you can track your Newcourse project
implementation, testing and production results.
• Setup – We will work together to
complete the following steps for a winning customer communication
strategy:

automatic message or mailing for each customer |

Extract - customer data into Newcourse proposed
file layout or client defined layout |

Create
unique outbound communication (copy, scripts, design, etc.)
and develop the inbound process flow for each campaign |

Confirm
when the outbound campaigns should be sent, the rules for
sending the campaigns and receiving responses. An email message

the Newcourse CRM system to identify campaign goals, tracks
results and resolve customer service cases. |
