The companyís inhouse and network of vendor managers, web designers, graphic designers, programmers and copywriters will ensure the clientís marketing and customer service communications build brand, enhance customer relations and achieve meaningful financial impact.

The company also provides Print Management Services that includes the outsourcing of offset printing and design projects as needed to maximize value and turnaround time on behalf of its clients. And yes, Newcourse is price competitive at all volume levels. We have to be!

Newcourse works with the client and their product providers to review the benefits of Newcourse services and discuss your sales & marketing strategies, customer care environment, growth plans and cost initiatives. The team will develop, implement and manage a new or incremental program that is measurable by revenues, costs and/or bottom line impact. The company provides marketing and technical support for all of the services listed above.

NCI is a unique marketing provider. Rather than exclusively providing marketing consulting, project or retainer services, NCI offers to work on a "Pay for Performance" basis. What does that mean? It is unique for each client initiative.

The goal of the company is to make a meaningful impact on the financial results of a specific service, a suite of products, a targeted market or the clientís entire P&L. For some clients it could be a focus on new revenue generation, growing the existing nest egg or protecting an annuity. For others, the priority may be to provide data modeling to lower acquisition costs or add new low-cost customer communication channels to reduce servicing costs.

Whatever the goal, NCI and the client partner will identify the current baseline results and trend. The next step will be to establish aggressive but achievable new results that both parties can commit to. Newcourse will then be compensated based on a combination of minimum service fee and a tiered rate for successful efforts that go beyond the baseline. The result is that Newcourse profits will increase for exceeding established revenue growth, protection or cost savings targets for the client.

With the "Pay for Performance" model, all clients will gain the benefits of a variable "Cost of Goods" expense that is based on results. For some clients that are focused on buying an asset, building an annuity or a subscription base, they may also be able to reduce their current period expenses by capitalizing the payments to Newcourse for customer acquisition or retention.
