As a Third-Party Service Provider, the Personal Information Newcourse Communications collects is to solely provide services to mortgage lending institutions, mortgage loan servicers or automobile institutions. We gather information in connection with the on-line business applications and related services. Newcourse Communications does not require that each user give us contact and other business and personal information. Newcourse Communications may receive certain Personal Information about you. We may receive Non-public Personal Information (NPI), as defined forth in Section 509 of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (P.L. 106-102) and/or any federal regulations that implement the act, as needed to perform services under our contracts.
